In the video, you can see how effortlessly your sneaker can be reassembled. Below, we show you every step in detail.

UNZIP IT.

Flip the zipper pull tab vertically upwards. Only then can the zipper be opened at all – a deliberate safety measure to prevent accidental opening while wearing.

SWITCH IT.

Now open the zipper and remove the upper. Place the new upper on the sole, making sure that the the lining is completely inside the sole chamber. This ensures everything sits flush and the zipper can be closed neatly.

WEAR IT.

After zipping up the new Upper, flip the slider back down. This activates the automatic lock, and the zipper will remain securely closed.

Does every upper fit every sole?

Yes. The entire system is freely combinable: Every upper fits every sole and vice versa. This way you can put together any combination you like.

Can the zipper open by itself?

No. Once the slider is flipped down, an automatic lock is activated. The zipper remains securely closed even under heavy loads and can only be opened by consciously flipping the slider up again.

How long does a change take?

Just a few seconds. Open the slider, open the zipper, swap the upper, and zip it back up. The change is quick and easy, with no tools required.

How do I properly maintain the individual components?

You can find the appropriate care instructions in the product description of each individual item, as they may vary slightly depending on the material.

For the most important connecting part, the zipper, we recommend the following care routine:

Clean the zipper with a damp cloth if necessary
Keep it running smoothly occasionally with petroleum jelly or zipper wax
Never open or close it with force

Can I buy individual uppers or soles separately?

Uppers and soles are available separately. This allows you to customize your shoe, discover new combinations, or specifically replace individual components. For those who prefer simplicity, our Full Sets offer ready-made shoes with uppers and soles already zipped together.

What happens if a part is worn out?

You simply replace the affected part – upper or sole. The rest remains in use, which makes the shoes more durable and saves resources. You are welcome to send us the defective item and we will recycle it free of charge and in an environmentally friendly way. Just send us a message, and we'll take care of the rest.
