Changing the upper of your sneaker only takes a few seconds. This is made possible by our modular system: Thanks to an integrated, seamlessly concealed zipper, you can easily swap out the upper and give your look a new update in no time.

Change the upper in 7 steps
- Prepare the sneakers. Make sure your sneakers are clean and dry. This makes the change easier and ensures the new upper fits correctly.
- Open the zipper. Fold the slider vertically upwards, to about a 90-degree position. Only then will the automatic lock in the slider plate, which otherwise blocks the zipper, release. Then open it completely so that the upper can be easily removed.
- Remove the upper. Hold the sole firmly and carefully pull off the upper. Do not apply too much force so that the zipper guide is not damaged.
- Prepare the new upper. Take the new upper and check that the zipper is smooth and undamaged. This will ensure it can be attached easily.
- Attach the new upper. Carefully place the new upper on the sole. Gently press the inner lining into the sole chamber so that the zipper can close and make sure that the upper lies evenly and does not wrinkle.
- Close the zipper. Close the zipper slowly and evenly. Then fold the slider back down so that the automatic lock is active and the fastener remains securely closed. Press the attached upper in the heel against the sole.
- Check the fit. Finally, check the fit of the new upper. Walk a few steps to ensure everything is comfortable and secure.
Tips for caring for and storing your uppers
- Care: Keep zippers clean and free of dirt. This ensures a long lifespan.

- Storage: Store the uppers you are not currently using in a dry, clean place so that they retain their shape and color. Ideally in our fabric bags, which are always included in the shoe box.
