FAQ

Are all uppers combinable with all soles?

Yes, all twentyfour couture uppers are compatible with every sole from our collection. You can choose freely, regardless of color or model.

Do the upper and sole sizes always match?

The sizing applies equally to both parts: an upper in size 42 fits a sole in size 42. If you are between two sizes, we recommend referring to our size chart, as our shoes tend to run one size smaller.

How often can I change the combination without damaging the zipper?

The zipper is designed for regular replacement and will last the entire lifespan of the shoe with normal use.

Can I buy the upper and sole separately instead of a full set?

Yes, you can order uppers and soles separately and combine them yourself, or choose a ready-made full set if you want to avoid the selection process.
